From the beginning, Presence Primary Care has offered Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy (HRT) to adults as part of regular primary care membership. Because it’s primary care. Duh.

Kids and Teens deserve gender-affirming care too.

With the changes that 2025 brought to the federal government, and with specialist programs for gender diverse youth closing across the country, we decided to expand our offerings to include gender-affirming hormone therapy for adolescents. As a Direct Primary Care Clinic, we don’t rely on government funds. We answer to our patients and we follow the science.

Please note that we currently have a waitlist for patients under 18 years old who are seeking Gender-Affirming Care. Priority will be given to families who are unable to travel elsewhere for care.
